October 29 & 30, 2015
31st Annual Environmental Training Symposium and Conference
The New Reality: Prospering with Limited Resources
San Diego Convention Center
Planning is well under way for this year’s Environmental Conference, which will be held on October 29 and 30 at a new venue: the San Diego Convention Center. An impressive lineup of sessions and speakers is coming together that focuses on this year’s theme: The New Reality: Prospering with Limited Resources. Topics include Stormwater, HRA/Air Toxics, Energy Reliability, TSCA reform, the Drought, Prop 65, Permitting and Compliance, regulatory and inspector updates, and more!
The new location at the Convention Center is an exciting change, and there are a few others worth mentioning. We have added an afternoon session on Day 2, which will feature an Air Permitting workshop along with two other tracks, so plan accordingly. A perk of the Convention Center is the larger room size, which will allow for classroom-style seating arrangements – goodbye lap balancing act, hello tables!
We have had 30 years of success with this Conference, and we strive to continue that tradition in 2015. Expect the most informed speakers, including representatives from local, state, and federal agencies. There will be plenty of networking opportunities, including the cocktail reception at the end of the first day, and a much larger Exhibit Hall and lounge area. Let’s not forget the Environmental Excellence Awards Luncheon, which will honor local programs that truly embody this year’s theme and do more with less.

See you at the Convention Center in October!
