The CERS Business User Group (CBUG) was established to evaluate and provide feedback to Cal/EPA on the CERS Business Portal used by business to electronically perform their facility reporting of various hazardous materials-related data as mandated by the California Health and Safety Code, and AB 2286, primarily focusing on the Hazardous Materials Business Plan. The CERS Business User Group is comprised of any interested user of the CERS Business Portal, such as businesses, universities, cities, etc. The meeting frequency will be adjusted to meet the group’s needs. Cal/EPA, the CUPAs/PAs, and others will participate as deemed appropriate by the group.
Join the CERS Business User Group (CBUG) to be included in online meetings and receive emails with CBUG meeting notes and important CERS updates. A great way to stay informed on the latest CERS news.
